What is Ithacappella?
Ithacappella, also know as the Ithaca College Men's Chorus, was founded in 1996 by four men with a love for singing and a passion
for performing. Since its inception, the group has grown from its choral roots to become one of the premier male collegiate a cappella
groups. Along the way, the ensemble's repertoire has expanded to include everything from traditional barbershop tunes to current radio hits.
Recently, the group has received several awards and accolades including being named best male ensemble in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella and taking home awards for best soloist and best vocal percussion. Ithacappella was also recently honored to share the stage with Grammy-nominated rock group Incubus to perform their hit "Dig" for thousands of fans.
In addition to exciting main stage concerts, the group also enjoys bringing its talent to schools in the form of interactive
singing workshops designed to educate and inspire musicians of all ages. Though the sound of the group has evolved over the years, one
thing remains constant: its dedication to putting on high energy, fun shows for the entire family.
